MINERVA Charmeuse Silky Satin Dress Fabric – Rainbow Harvest Chilli

A Minerva exclusive, this gorgeous design is printed onto a beautiful quality silky charmeuse satin fabric. This fabric is light weight with a very soft and airy drape. It feels incredibly silky and has a very soft and subtle satin shimmer finish.
Approx Width: This beautiful Satin fabric is 145cm / 58″ wide and is sold by the metre. Please check the size carefully before ordering.
Composition: This is our premium quality 100% Polyester fabric making it very versitile for a number of dressmaking projects. We recommend washing this fabric on a 30 degree celcius/80 degree fahrenheit cycle.
Weight (gsm): At 85 grams per square metre, this fabric is classed as a light weight and is slightly sheer. We recommend sewing this fabric with a new very fine sharps needle for best results.
It is the perfect choice for sewing tops, blouses, scarves and robes. If you chose to line it or wear a slip underneath, this fabric would also make beautiful skirts and dresses.
