We all have them — the WIPs (works in progress) sitting at the bottom of the sewing basket, half-finished projects that lost momentum, or makes that stalled the moment something went wrong. This one-day workshop, suitable for all skill levels, is your chance to finally bring those unfinished projects along and get them actioned, troubleshot, and finished.
Limited to just 4 students, you'll get focused, one-to-one attention to work through whatever's holding your project back — whether that's a technical hurdle, a fit issue, or simply not knowing where to start again.
- How to reconnect with the motivation to finish what you started
- Identifying what's actually stopping you from progressing
- Problem-solving techniques for when you get stuck
- Looking at your project from different angles to find a way forward
- Christine's innovative approach to understanding patterns, pressing, pins and problems — putting the fun and fabulous back into fitYou'll leave buzzing with new approaches and eager to get all those unfinished projects finished
- Your own sewing machine, foot pedal and manual
- Your machine must be in full working order — if you'd like us to service it beforehand, we can arrange this in advance
- Your unfinished project(s) — as many as you like, within reason!
- Your sewing kit, if you have one
- A notepad and pen
